Our latest investment has been the complete refurbishment of two wings of Mamhilad House, each 4,000 sq ft. These offices include LED lighting, new kitchen and floor coverings. All these offices have been immediately re-let to businesses ranging from finance, accountants, security and engineering companies. We have averaged one new tenant per week over the first 3 months of 2016. The next wing will be refurbished to an even higher standard but will retain the original parquet flooring throughout. The offices will be ready for occupation at the end of April, and demand is running high for this latest product. We have pre-let half and expect the remaining offices to be occupied upon completion of the works.
