The company has sold its investment at the Newport Retail Park which it developed in various phases starting in 1990s and concluding in 2014. The property comprises a cinema and stand alone restaurants as well as a vacant leisure unit. The proceeds of the sale will be reinvested in the business as the company invests in its income producing portfolio, brings forward significant development opportunities and seeks out new investment opportunities.
