The company is working upon plans for the re-development of this 150 acre site on the edge of Torfaen and bordering with Monmouthishire. The site has been allocated as a residential led development within the Local Development plan for up to 1700 new houses and associated community facilities. It is expected that a planning application will be submitted in the summer of 2016 with the initial phase of the development starting in 2017.
