The first three acres of land have been sold to Persimmon Homes as the initial phase of this mixed use development adjacent to the Heads of the Valley Road. This will allow the infrastructure to be built to improve the connectivity with the slip road and the existing road junctions and will fully service the site for development of future phases. Simultaneously contracts have been exchanged with Premier Inn and Brewers Fayre with a Costa Coffee expected to follow shortly.
