Johnsey Estates has pre-let the newly refurbished ground floor of Mamhilad House at Mamhilad Park Estate with three care providers due to take-up occupancy at the 150 acre business park within the next month.
The 4,000 square foot office space will be occupied by three organisations that are providers of domiciliary care. They have chosen Mamhilad Park Estate for training their off-site staff, due to its central location in the Gwent area.
